We just want to help keep you and your money safe while you enjoy the season. ❤️

Here are a few Christmas reminders wrapped with a little extra cheer:

🎁 Keep your personal information protected.

No matter how convincing someone sounds, STPFCU will never ask for your online banking login, verification codes, card number, or PIN. If someone does — it’s a scam.

🎁 Watch out for those “too good to be true” holiday deals.

Scammers love popping up with fake sales, especially on social media. If it feels off, trust your instincts.

🎁 Be careful sending money through Apple Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or gift cards.

These are favorites for scammers because the money moves fast.

🎁 Double-check charities before donating.

Scammers know people are more giving during the holidays — make sure the organization is real.

🎁 Monitor your account often.

A quick look in Online Banking can catch issues early.
